Order Cancellation and Exchange Policy

Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full exchange.
- Please note that we process orders immediately, so cancellations beyond this timeframe may not be possible.
- Contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details to initiate cancellation and exchange.
Exchange:
- Exchanges will be issued in the form of a replacement item.
- Allow 5-7 business days for the exchange process to be completed, depending on our team’s processing time.
- If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible for an exchange. Follow our return instructions, and upon receipt and inspection, an exchange will be issued minus applicable return shipping fees.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
- Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of items.
Condition for Exchange:
- Items must be returned in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Any marks, signs of use, or alterations will result in the item being liable for rejection.
Exceptions (for exchange):
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or exchange unless defective or incorrect.
- Final sale items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Important Note:
- Our exchange policy allows for exchanges only, no monetary refunds.
- The return window will close 1 week after delivery. Exchanges must be initiated within this timeframe. After the window closes, no further exchanges can be made.
